Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and develop sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, and train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Graduate degree.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in the security industry is preferred.
  • The candidate must be up to 45 years old.
