  • Responsible for delegate acquisition for conferences from doing market research and lead
  • generation to sell delegate packages to senior level business leaders for a conference events.
  • Working closely with the Managing Director Marketing and Production team.
  • Contact appropriate executives to ensure they are aware of events selling the benefits of attending and securing registrations.
  • Tenacious articulate and confident in engaging at director level.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting pitching to closing.
  • Follow up calls after email proposals to close deal.
  • Liaising with confirmed delegates to ensure event attendance and participation.
  • Consistently meeting daily KPIs (call rates) and monthly revenue.
Skills:
  • An excellent communicator with both strong verbal and written skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office & MS excel.
  • Professional eager and open to learn our own unique sales process.
  • A graduate with good business acumen and the ability to digest complex market knowledge fast.
  • Driven and purposeful hardworking and ambitious with a read desire to build a career in sales.
