Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Bricsa Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delegate acquisition for conferences, working closely with our Managing Director and Marketing and Production team.
Key Responsibilities- Market research and lead generation to sell delegate packages to senior level business leaders
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting pitching to closing
- Contact appropriate executives to ensure they are aware of events selling the benefits of attending and securing registrations
- Liaising with confirmed delegates to ensure event attendance and participation
- Consistently meeting daily KPIs (call rates) and monthly revenue
- An excellent communicator with both strong verbal and written skills
- Good knowledge of MS office & MS excel
- Professional eager and open to learn our own unique sales process
- A graduate with good business acumen and the ability to digest complex market knowledge fast
- Driven and purposeful hardworking and ambitious with a read desire to build a career in sales
The estimated salary for this role is ₹850,000 - ₹1,050,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
