About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Bricsa Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delegate acquisition for conferences, working closely with our Managing Director and Marketing and Production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market research and lead generation to sell delegate packages to senior level business leaders
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting pitching to closing
  • Contact appropriate executives to ensure they are aware of events selling the benefits of attending and securing registrations
  • Liaising with confirmed delegates to ensure event attendance and participation
  • Consistently meeting daily KPIs (call rates) and monthly revenue
Requirements
  • An excellent communicator with both strong verbal and written skills
  • Good knowledge of MS office & MS excel
  • Professional eager and open to learn our own unique sales process
