WE have urgent openings for the post of **Admin Executive. ( Female only)**
- **Job Location **= Andheri (East) Seepz
- **Fix Salary = **20,000 to 25000 PM. (pf facility available)
- **Experience =** 2 Years +
- **Note = **saturday and sunday off
- **training will be provided.**
**Job Responsibility**
- Overseeing the office environment, administration and documentation for Directors and Executive Management.
- Providing general secretarial services for the Director.
- Liaising and coordinating instructions with concerned departments and affiliates.
- Organizing trips abroad for Directors and Executive Management, Office Sales and After Sales Team Including, but not limited to Arranging flights, hotel accommodation, travel insurance, liaising with customers, etc.
- Responsible for Monitoring and procuring needed supplies for the office, reception, and pantry. Ordering Stationery as per requirements.
- Handling local and international courier, document control and managing the filling system.
- Providing assistance in staff recruiting and on boarding
- Organize and maintain personnel records and Update internal databases (e.g. attendance record).
- Handling joining formalities for the new employees joining the organizations.
- Confirming interview schedule, follow ups.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS OFFICE & Outlook.
- Should be any graduate.
