Opportunity Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to take on the role of Operations Manager - College Partnerships/Collaboration. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal part in establishing and nurturing partnerships with colleges and institutions, driving impactful educational programs that showcase our innovative offerings.

Your Mission

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for building long-term relationships with college associations, adapting to their evolving needs, and strategically aligning their goals with our cutting-edge education and skill development initiatives. Your expertise will drive operational efficiency, maintain quality standards through regular evaluations, and expand program offerings to meet educational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Partnerships: Develop and execute strategies to establish and nurture partnerships with existing and new college associations, fostering strong relationships with senior leadership teams.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: Build trust with senior leaders at institutions, understanding their unique needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive Operational Efficiency: Regularly evaluate and optimize processes to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strategically Cross-Sell: Expand program offerings to meet educational objectives, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive, impactful initiatives that drive business results.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in any field.
  2. Proven experience in account management, client relations, or business development, with a passion for technology education.
  3. A proactive problem solver who can thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with limited resources.
