This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of millions. As a Strategic Partnership Development Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships with health tech and pharma companies, and other business partners
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support partnership development
- Maintain accurate records of partnerships, pipeline progress, and sales activities
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales within the health technology sector
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic partnership plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
