Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in generating new leads, meeting with clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation and Business Development:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Client Meetings and Presentations:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable product solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Sales and Deal Closure:
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Marketing and Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Dealer Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure a steady flow of business and mutual growth.
- Provide ongoing support and training to dealers to enhance their sales performance.
- Product Value Realization:
- Clearly communicate and demonstrate the value of our products to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and return on investment.
- Visits:
- Conduct regular visits to different regions within the given area to meet clients, gather market insights, and explore new business opportunities.
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
