Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Business Development Manager at Realtevo Channels Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for owning the sales process, including inbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building, and opportunity identification. Your role will involve handling clients' queries and requirements for commercial properties, selling real estate to corporate and high net worth individuals, and building relationships with HNI and corporate clients.

Key Tasks:

  • Qualify inbound leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Prospect for new clients and build relationships with existing ones
  • Sell commercial properties to corporate and high net worth clients
  • Manage client databases and property listings
  • Provide regular reports on deals in progress and their status
  • Meet monthly and annual business targets
  • Closing deals and ensuring collections

Candidates with a preference for Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
