The Role
As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales process management.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Deliver effective sales skills training to sales teams and coach them in applying training content to real-life situations.
Ideal Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a B2B sales or account management role, preferably in the events or conferences industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a changing environment.
