Job Title: Business Development

Job Summary:

Thyrocare Technologies Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to lead our Sales Vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and manage a team of Field Marketing Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and client engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of Field Marketing Executives to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Review and report on business development performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on business development performance and trends.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform business decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
