The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Snaphunt. This role offers a unique blend of sales, account management, and business development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and networking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor market trends and provide competitor feedback to inform business decisions.
- Deliver effective sales skills training to the sales team and coach them to apply training content to real-life situations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the events/conferences industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a changing environment.
