Customer Loyalty Program Manager

NIRMAL seeks a seasoned professional to manage, co-ordinate & execute customer loyalty programs. This key role requires the ability to engage customers through continuous communications across the product lifecycle, providing timely responses & quality solutions as defined to all customer queries & complaints. As the SPOC for all customer interactions, you will be pro-active in driving customer satisfaction.
This is a senior leadership position that demands a Graduate / MBA background and 4 Years of relevant work experience. Your expertise in managing customer relationships, coupled with your analytical skills, will help drive business growth and improve customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective customer loyalty programs
- Engage customers through various channels to foster long-term relationships
- Analyse customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives
