Narang Realty is a leading real estate company dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences. We are seeking an experienced Sales Closing Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent sales experience through personalized project presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to convert client queries into successful sales by offering tailored solutions and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Grow business from existing clients through targeted sales efforts and explaining our loyalty program.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients to generate new referrals and expand our network.
  • Monitor retention rates and offer customized solutions to prevent client cancellations.
  • Coordinate Loyalty events for valued clients and their friends and family, enhancing our brand reputation.
  • Submit regular work reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, tracking progress and performance.
  • Update Salesforce records with follow-up details and customer feedback for effective communication.
  • Maintain awareness of industry changes, laws, and norms to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest market trends, schemes, and event ideas to drive innovation and growth.
  • Continuously monitor competitors across the market to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and industry developments.

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
