We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Business Development and Client Engagement Specialist in our fully remote team. This exciting opportunity allows recent graduates or students to gain hands-on experience in sales, client outreach, and marketing within the career services industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting online research to identify prospective clients, engaging with them through messaging and chat, and supporting our efforts to convert leads into sales. Additionally, they will assist in building partnerships with colleges and recruitment agencies to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Research & Engagement: Conduct online research to identify potential clients and initiate conversations via social media or messaging platforms, aiming to drive conversions.
  • Messaging & Chat: Engage with potential clients through messaging, providing information about our services and answering their questions to increase conversion rates.
  • Promotion of Career Services: Reach out to colleges, universities, and recruitment agencies to promote our career services, including CV writing, job search, and mock interview coaching.
  • Lead Generation Support: Assist in developing a pipeline of potential clients by engaging with leads and maintaining contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track outreach activities and client responses, providing regular updates to the team on progress and key outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment in communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent English language skills - spoken, written.
  • Experience with sales, training, and sales management.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media advertising is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.

Compensation

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, reflecting the value of your skills and expertise in driving business growth and client engagement. The estimated annual salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience required for this role.
