About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a driven professional to contribute to our growth strategy and expand our customer base. As a Business Development and Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Conduct market research, network with local schools, and generate leads through online research and cold calling.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, prepare persuasive sales presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, analyze market data to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Unacademy's products/services and industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Estimated Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience.
