About the Role

As a Sales and Business Development Expert at M2P Fintech, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients in need of lending products and services. This role requires a proactive sales strategy aimed at acquiring new clients and driving sales in the lending space.

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our lending sales team. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or lending industry.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About the Job Description
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Actively seek out new clients and business opportunities through cold calls, networking, industry events, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients in need of various lending products (LOS / LMS).
    • Research and identify new market segments, target industries, and regions to expand the customer base.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy aimed at acquiring new clients and driving sales in the lending space.
    • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and decision-making processes.
    • Create customized sales presentations and proposals to address the specific requirements of potential clients.
  • Relationship Building and Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
    • Use consultative sales techniques to understand client pain points and provide lending solutions that meet their financial needs.
    • Deliver compelling pitches and follow up consistently to maintain engagement with prospects.
