As a Sales and Business Development Expert, you will be part of our team that pioneers in next-gen fintech through innovative offerings across the payments, lending, and banking ecosystem. Our comprehensive tech-stack powers the core banking system, core lending suite, BNPL, customized credit cards, prepaid cards, and much more.

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About the Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or lending industry.
  • Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and closing high-value deals.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a competitive environment.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • In-depth knowledge of lending products, loan processes, and financial solutions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with new clients.
  • High level of resilience, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive outlook.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.
