Senior Sales Manager

We are currently looking for an exceptional sales professional to join our team in the UAE and Middle East region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in driving sales, managing corporate clients, and building bank relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Hunt merchants for Razorpay POS business in the UAE and Middle East region and enable sales through our bank channels.
- Manage end-to-end bank relationships.
- Product/Program management and rollout.
- Portfolio Management.
- Establish Razorpay POS as the partner of choice for merchant acquiring business of banks.
- Establish strong working relations with all stakeholders in the partner bank organisation to achieve and exceed targets and foster long-lasting relationships.
- Create a sales funnel, long-term goals, and business planning.
- Maintain awareness of changes in the customer's organisation that could impact future business.
- Manage stakeholders both inside and outside the project.
- Travel regularly to meet with banks and other partners.
- Manage and support service escalations directly from merchants or from bank service teams by coordinating with internal teams.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of experience preferably in a Bank or Fintech merchant acquiring business, preferably in the UAE and Middle East.
- A successful stint in sales and banking alliance is an added advantage.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and align them to achieve organisation goals.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a leading fintech company in the UAE and Middle East region.
