Job Summary:
Caspian Management Services seeks a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
- Set realistic sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor sales team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management.
- Travel to customers to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the auto-spare parts sector.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
Qualification: Post Graduate + With English reading / writing skills
Experience: 4-5 years in sales (Preferably in Auto-spare Parts)
