KreditBee is India's leading fintech lending platform, boasting a significant market presence with over ₹1600 Crores in monthly disbursements. With 50 Million+ downloads on the Google Play Store and an impressive 85 Lakh unique loan customers, it offers a wide range of financial services digitally, including personal loans, business loans, investment opportunities, insurance, credit score reports, and expense tracking.
Our group entity boasts an in-house RBI-registered NBFC, with Series-D funding from prominent investors such as Premji Invest, Advent International, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, MUFG, and TPG-backed NewQuest.
Job Role and ResponsibilitiesKey Objectives:- Identify and acquire LAP loan leads
- Gather necessary documents from customers and submit them to nearby branches
- Provide clear explanations of loan-related processes and charges to customers
- Ensure transparent communication of all loan-related charges to customers
- Acquire business for our LAP (Loan Against Property) Business Loans product at various locations and achieve 100% collection each month
- Meet provided targets for specific locations
- Drive branch and team targets for loan products, enhancing profitability by increasing sales
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumers to provide valuable insights
- Offer business loans or Loan Against Property to customers
- Maintain implementation of defined processes and track their effectiveness
- Coordinate marketing, sales, and relationship-building activities
- Review and approve loan application documents
- Manage the loan origination process
- Deliver exceptional customer service to borrowers
- Oversee day-to-day operations at our branches
- Manage administrative tasks for each branch
- Follow standard operating procedures for loan document collection and storage
