Job Responsibilities
- Form and manage cross-functional program teams to plan, organize, and execute complex programs across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
- Work closely with senior executives at partner agencies to drive successful partnerships and achieve results.
- Develop and manage processes with internal and external stakeholders to make the program more meaningful for Amazon Business.
- Track, monitor, and improve partner performance to measure and manage output efficiency.
- Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics, including tracking progress toward forecasts.
- Present and lead conversations about programs, issues, solutions, and strategy to senior leaders.
- Research and conduct market analysis for Amazon customers.
- Develop targeted messages based on key value propositions and use cases.
- Work with product managers to define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- MBA preferred.
