Job Responsibilities

  1. Form and manage cross-functional program teams to plan, organize, and execute complex programs across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
  2. Work closely with senior executives at partner agencies to drive successful partnerships and achieve results.
  3. Develop and manage processes with internal and external stakeholders to make the program more meaningful for Amazon Business.
  4. Track, monitor, and improve partner performance to measure and manage output efficiency.
  5. Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics, including tracking progress toward forecasts.
  6. Present and lead conversations about programs, issues, solutions, and strategy to senior leaders.
  7. Research and conduct market analysis for Amazon customers.
  8. Develop targeted messages based on key value propositions and use cases.
  9. Work with product managers to define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  2. MBA preferred.
