Job Opportunity: HR Systems Administrator

  • About the Role:
  • This position is responsible for managing end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems.
  • The selected candidate will lead system upgrades, implementations, and integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors.
  • Maintenance of system configuration, security roles, workflows, and user access controls is essential.
  • A high level of accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms is required.
  • This role partners with HR data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
  • Regular audits and data validations are necessary to ensure system integrity.
  • The successful candidate will identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • As the HR systems expert, this individual will troubleshoot issues and provide support to global HR teams.
  • Acting as a bridge between HR and IT, this person ensures HR technology aligns with company-wide system architecture.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other business units on processes and system touchpoints is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, talent management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integrations, project management, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
