Job Description:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer extension, ensuring seamless communication with candidates and stakeholders alike.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand talent requirements and develop strategic workforce plans that align with company goals.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a global capability center or shared services setup.
  • Proven ability to hire mid to senior-level professionals for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools such as Workday Rec, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.

Apart from your technical expertise, you should possess excellent stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities. Exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms is also highly desirable. Additionally, experience in campus hiring and early talent programs will give you an edge.

Preferred Certifications:
  • Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or any relevant HR certifications will be a significant advantage.
