Job Title: Global Service Delivery Manager

This is a senior-level role that oversees the recruitment process for assigned locations. The successful candidate will lead a team of talent acquisition specialists and be responsible for developing and implementing global talent acquisition strategies.

  • The role requires 12-14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with team management experience, as well as minimum 4+ years of experience in Global HR Shared Services hiring/Shared Services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the recruitment process by implementing industry best practices and establishing a world-class Global Talent Acquisition process.
  • Lead, coach, and empower a team of Talent Acquisition Leads who specialize in hiring for GHRSS sub-verticals (HRIS/TAGS/Ops) and provide end-to-end recruitment support to the UK, US, APAC business.
  • Develop and drive the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Create a robust Talent Acquisition engine to bring forth recruitment efficiency.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
  • Set internal standards on recruitment through benchmarking/best practices.
  • Review data and assess external talent environment to forecast talent supply & needs.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Track recruitment metrics to measure and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • 12+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a team leading role.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Global HR Shared Services hiring.
  • Experience in driving talent acquisition strategy and delivery.
  • Able to drive strategic talent acquisition goals for the organization in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Experience building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team.
