Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

As a key member of our organization, the Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business success through strategic workforce planning initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for Technical & Non-Technical hiring across various sectors.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues effectively.
  • Align talent acquisition interventions with business strategy to drive long-term performance, including organizational design, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Oversee the full cycle of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees from entry to exit.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Foster a positive working environment that promotes collaboration and growth.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for all levels of new hires.
  • Participate actively in HR Audit processes to ensure compliance and excellence.
Required Skills / Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Possess a people-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrate strong recruiting skills and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excel in active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Showcase strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and good judgment.
  • Able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
