Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Management and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, providing training programs and mentorship opportunities.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Promote a positive work environment, resolving conflicts and improving employee retention rates.
- HR Strategy and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Experience: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ Years' Experience in HR: Proven track record in talent acquisition, management, and development.
- Strong Recruiters Skills: Demonstrated expertise in creating engaging job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Talent Development Expertise: Ability to design and deliver comprehensive training programs, focusing on employee growth and development.
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and good judgment.
