Global Head of HR Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our HR operations and drive growth across the globe. This strategic corporate role will be based in our India headquarters and will be responsible for building and scaling Beeontrade's HR, people, and performance management systems worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a corporate-level HR framework, policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development across all Beeontrade regions.
  • Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
  • Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone, overseeing local HR operations, recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
Talent Acquisition & Development
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, building diverse and high-performing teams, and partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Launch Beeontrade-wide training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
Performance & Culture
  • Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks, driving company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region, drafting and maintaining global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
  • Partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
  • Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
