Fundraising Leader Opportunity

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Fundraising Leader to spearhead our growth strategy, driving innovative solutions and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution of key priorities.
  • Oversight of annual fundraising targets, setting operational KPIs, and transparent reporting on progress and impact.
  • Strategic relationship management, from prospecting and proposal development to grant reporting and donor stewardship.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space.
  • A proven track record of leading multi-year partnerships, raising significant funds from CSR heads, foundations, or high net worth individuals, and building trust with funders.
  • A strategic executor with exceptional communication skills, able to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports.
