Director of Revenue Cycle Management

We are seeking a seasoned executive to join our team as a Director of Revenue Cycle Management. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and improvement initiatives that enhance business delivery.
You will establish a pilot Accounts Receivable process, devise strategies to boost collections, and optimize insurance collection by understanding revenue cycle management and KPI standards.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations, along with strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to organize and manage human resources to attain goals.
- Lead teams to develop innovative strategies and execute policies, processes, and procedures of the organization.
- Manage 5-10 teams with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Perform annual performance reviews/appraisals and create weekly reports and dashboards for internal management and clients.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- 14+ years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process.
- Currently an Associate Director or minimum 2 years as Senior Manager.
- Handled a team of 150+ and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Expertise with MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Ability to work night shifts.
