Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled HR Shared Services Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in uploading, processing, and reporting on transactions related to employee and payroll data.
  • Work with employees and external vendors to ensure accurate data is provided.

Essential Functions:

  • Process and manage all global employee data changes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all global HR inquiries.
  • Administer and maintain Global HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security for all employee groups.
  • Support U.S. payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Provide system support and optimize global and regional HR systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to resolve complex HR-related transactions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing a ticketing system and achieving high resolution rates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage a high volume of global inquiries professionally.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in generating and presenting HR reports.
  • A Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years' experience in HR operation, Human resources systems work, payroll audit or related area.
