Job Description:

The role of the Business Development Manager is to drive revenue growth and profitability by achieving sales targets, building teams, and executing local level initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for transitioning existing and new clients to digital platforms, increasing dealer productivity, and ensuring cross-selling of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales targets for the branch and build teams according to company objectives.
  • Focus on revenue and profitability with achievement of target and yield management.
  • Maximize branch profits by achieving targeted fee income and effective cost management.
  • Acquire new large trader clients and increase the 'digital client' base.
  • Achieve respective branch gross revenue through offline and online platforms.
  • Plan and execute various local level initiatives to ensure business momentum and direction.
  • Engage in new and innovative business planning activities locally to increase client acquisition and branch profitability.
  • Monitor individual and team performance and take steps to improve productivity and correct deviations if any.
