Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned revenue leader to spearhead our sales engine across various domains. This is a pivotal role that demands strategic thinking, entrepreneurial drive, and a proven track record of scaling revenue growth.

Mandate

Your mission is to establish India's most formidable revenue organization, dominating market share and positioning the company for global leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve 10% growth in two years by strengthening India's leadership position and out-executing competition.
  • Drive expansion into adjacent verticals through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Lead and close $1M+ ACV enterprise deals, fostering deep relationships with India's largest brands.
  • Pioneer expansion into Southeast Asia, MENA, Europe, and North America.
  • Take full accountability for revenue, gross margin, and contribution margin.
  • Build a high-discipline customer success function with precise forecasting and scalable systems.
  • Develop a culture of ownership and speed within the sales and success teams.
  • Implement playbooks, sales ops, and renewal engines to drive leverage at scale.
  • Enhance retention, upsell, and NRR through strong customer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and the CEOs Office to unlock new growth opportunities.
Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 12-18 years of experience in high-growth, tech-enabled businesses with 10+ years leading P&Ls.
  • Proven enterprise sales leadership with $1M+ ACV deals closed.
  • A strong understanding of Indian enterprise buyers across BFSI, e-commerce, consumer durables, marketplaces, health, education, and more.
  • A hybrid skill set comprising boardroom strategy, operational rigor, and on-ground execution.
  • A builder-operator mindset able to design strategy, build systems, and execute.
  • An inspirational leader with a proven record of scaling high-performance teams.
