Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and brand building
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Taking ownership and driving results in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in sales management and developing sales strategies
  • Experience in account management and maintaining key client relationships
  • Team management skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the software development or IT services industry is beneficial
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership
