Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales located in Noida. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and analyzing sales data to drive revenue growth. The role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
- Experience in Account Management
- Proven Team Management and leadership abilities
- Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- MORE PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WITH AN EXPERIENCE IN BOOK PUBLISHING.
