Sales Growth Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting and lead generation.
You will work closely with our sales leadership to refine messaging and ensure pipeline quality, contributing directly to revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of prospecting strategy for high-value enterprise accounts and mentor junior colleagues on best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead prospecting efforts into complex enterprise accounts, engaging VP- and C-level stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior sales colleagues, sharing best practices in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns across multiple channels, creating and nurturing long-term opportunities
- Partner with sales leadership to align outreach strategy with territory goals
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions and market insights
- Maintain best-in-class CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4-7 years of B2B inside sales lead generation experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Prior experience guiding or mentoring junior sales team members preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive conversations with senior decision makers
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM and prospecting tools, e.g., Sales Navigator, Outreach
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
