Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Revenue Growth Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing monthly revenue activities, including close process, reconciliations, contract review, and processing customer credits.

This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who can develop and implement internal controls and support audits. Additionally, you will help drive business growth by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, including experience with GAAP/IFRS and ASC 606/IFRS 15. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly revenue activities, including close process, reconciliations, contract review, and processing customer credits.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and support audits.
  • Help drive business growth by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must Haves
  • 6+ years of accounting and GAAP/IFRS experience, including monthly close and financial statement preparation.
  • Revenue Recognition and ASC 606/IFRS 15 experiences.
  • Knowledge and experience with client invoicing, including reading customer contracts for compliance.
  • CPA or Chartered Accountant certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • NetSuite ARM experience.
  • Public Accounting experience.
  • Salesforce CRM experience.
