Role Description

We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, and conversion efficiency. You'll work across the funnel—from content to campaigns, SEO to paid ads, and product positioning to performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Build and execute the full-funnel growth marketing strategy for product-led and sales-led growth
  • Own campaign calendar aligned to product releases, GTM priorities, and verticals (SaaS, Banking, Insurance)

Acquisition & Demand Generation

  • Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, etc.)
  • Develop account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting ICPs across mid-market and enterprise
  • Manage email marketing , outbound nurture, and in-product messaging flows

Product & Brand Marketing

  • Help refine positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
  • Enable Sales with battlecards, case studies, one-pagers
  • Partner with Product and Design for website refreshes and product launches

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in growth/demand marketing, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise tech company
  • Strong understanding of RevOps, CRM tools, and GTM workflows
  • Proficiency with marketing stack: HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Hotjar, SEMrush, or similar
  • Demonstrated success with pipeline contribution and performance marketing
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
