Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to spearhead business expansion initiatives across the Supply Chain Tech Platform businesses in India. This involves engagement with Large Corporate clients and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include identifying and pitching lending opportunities from the CredAble NBFC in the Large Corporate ecosystem handled by the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing revenues, profitability, and growth through strategic planning and implementation of effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing pitch documents, presentations, and other relevant material to aid in the sales process.
  • Handholding the implementation of won mandates along with Product and Service teams and monitoring monetization of existing mandates.
  • Closure of deals and meeting revenue and client acquisition targets in line with corporate objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders up to the C-level.
  • Partnering with Client Engagement Teams to ensure vendor engagement process drives efficient outcomes.
  • Generating new leads of potential clients and analyzing and anticipating market trend growths.
  • Idea generation and suggesting new product development, including market testing, regulatory scanning, working with potential partners, and devising a go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with internal and external stakeholders.

A proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle is necessary.

Fluent communication skills, especially giving presentations to top-level management, are essential.

Good technical exposure with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Business or Financial Services Industry is desirable.

Development either in the software and web technologies sector or Financial Services Industry is preferred.

Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Ability to think on your feet and take calculated risks is vital.

Education wise, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
