Manager - Revenue Generation (Collections)
to lead and streamline our collections operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, strategic, and operational skills to ensure timely collections, minimize bad debts, and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Planning
· Oversee and manage the entire revenue collection process to ensure timely and accurate collections.
· Establish and implement strategies to minimize outstanding payments and improve collection efficiency.
· Lead, train, and mentor the revenue collection team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
· Assign tasks, set goals, and review team performance regularly.
Revenue Collections:
· Follow up with clients / candidates to ensure timely payment of invoices.
· Handle inbound and outbound calls to address payment-related queries and reminders.
Account Reconciliation:
· Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate payment status.
· Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment records in coordination with the finance team.
Reporting:
· Prepare regular reports on outstanding payments and collections progress for management review.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities in the system.
Compliance & Coordination:
· Adhere to company policies and legal requirements for collections.
· Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, and customer service) to resolve client disputes effectively.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
·
Experience:
5-8 years of relevant experience in collections, revenue generation, or credit management, preferably in a corporate environment.
·
Skills:
• Strong understanding of collections strategies, credit management, and customer relationship management.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and other collections tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements related to collections and financial operations.
