Job Description
The primary focus of this role will be to develop and implement strategies for the efficient collection of outstanding invoices from domestic and international customers. You will manage and supervise a team of collection agents, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of productivity and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track accounts receivable for domestic and international customers, identifying delinquent accounts and taking appropriate actions to minimize the organization's financial risk.
