Job Title: Experienced AR Collections Specialist
">We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Specialist with strong expertise in denial management and hospital billing. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) knowledge.
">About the Role:
">- 5+ years of experience in hospital billing and denial management.
- Deep understanding of denial management and hospital billing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong knowledge of RCM principles.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Identify and resolve denied claims through effective communication with payers and healthcare providers.
- Analyze billing discrepancies and work with internal teams to correct errors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with payers and healthcare providers to optimize revenue cycle performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in denial management and hospital billing.
Qualifications:
">- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital billing and denial management.
- Any degree; preferably in healthcare administration or a related field.
