Drive growth in new business acquisition and revenue expansion within collections and recovery services.
About the Role:
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities in collections agencies, BPOs, and contact center networks.
- Develop sales strategies to increase adoption across outsourcing partners, ensuring measurable revenue growth.
- Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers including CEOs, Operations Heads, Collection Managers, and Compliance Leads.
- Negotiate and secure deals aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
Market Insights:
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and outsourcing dynamics to identify emerging opportunities.
- Gather competitive intelligence to enhance Credgenics positioning in the BPO and collections ecosystem.
Requirements & Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in collections, BPO, or outsourcing.
- Strong understanding of collections processes, performance metrics (e.g., DPD, recovery rates, productivity KPIs), and compliance requirements.
- Proven success in closing high-value contracts and building senior-level relationships.
Key Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for strategic thinking and problem-solving.
