Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Strategist to develop our contract manufacturing and private labelling business in the Ayurveda, Nutraceuticals, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Personal Care products categories.

  • Drive business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients domestically and internationally.
  • Manage B2B portals to generate revenue for the company.
  • Identify new business opportunities through corporates, hotels, hospitals, and other channels.
  • Convert potential leads into clients to increase sales.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to build long-term relationships.
Requirements:

Key qualifications include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with potential customers.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Experience handling contract manufacturing business and services.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
