About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Growth Strategist to spearhead the development and growth of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful, customer-focused products.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Defining and executing product strategies that drive user adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product initiatives that align with our company's growth objectives.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our target market and user personas to tailor product experiences.
  • Leading the development and execution of experiments and A/B tests to optimize key metrics.
  • Monitoring and analyzing product metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in implementing product-led growth strategies and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and proficiency with agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
