Digital Product Strategist

This role involves independently managing a product, defining clear strategies that align with customer needs and business goals, leveraging technology to solve core customer problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, lower operational costs, and improve customer retention by analyzing product performance and customer feedback.
- Take complete ownership of the product lifecycle, from initial concept and data gathering to launch and continuous improvement.
- Lead and coordinate with development teams, ensure timely delivery of committed features.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and analysts to define product requirements, iterate, and optimize the user experience.
- Utilize data analytics to track product performance, define and monitor KPI's (including accuracy and task success rates), and make informed decisions.
- Actively contributes to strategic direction by identifying and advocating for high-impact opportunities related to next-generation platforms.
- Stay updated with emerging market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements, translating insights into actionable product opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch innovative capabilities.
