We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Strategist to spearhead our client acquisition and partnership development efforts. This strategic role involves identifying and onboarding companies that require high-quality moulding solutions across diverse industries such as electronics, automotive, toys, appliances, and household goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Market Penetration: Identify and engage companies in need of plastic injection moulding services with a focus on sectors such as electronics, automotive, toys, household items, and appliances.
  • Strategic Business Development: Formulate and execute robust growth strategies aligned with our manufacturing capabilities and expansion plans.
  • P&L Management: Own the profit and loss accountability for the moulding division, ensuring revenue targets are met and costs are controlled.
  • Solutions Selling: Present tailored moulding solutions based on intricate client requirements leveraging our vertically integrated production strengths.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Revenue and Profit Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic negotiations and effective client retention initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with production, R&D, and operations teams to ensure projects meet quality and delivery standards.
  • Market Insights & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through market research, trade events, and digital outreach.
Requirements
  • 8-15 years of experience in business development with 3-5 years in a leadership role involving P&L responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of plastic materials, moulding processes, and manufacturing cycles.
  • Proven experience in sectors such as electronics manufacturing, automotive parts, and consumer goods.
  • Commercial acumen in contract negotiations, sales forecasting, and client account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a business development function and collaborate effectively across departments.
