Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

As a senior financial strategist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and decision-making through insightful financial analysis.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee financial operations, including accounting, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, financial reporting, auditing, and taxation.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the company's financial health.
  • Support both internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely preparation of financial statements and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Analyze and review balance sheet and profit and loss statements, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations while optimizing tax strategies.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to minimize financial risks.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 4+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably in real estate, PropTech, or a high-growth startup.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and taxation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a finance team.
