Job Opportunity

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and guidance across various aspects of the business, including finance management.

  • Strategic planning activities will involve identifying opportunities for growth, developing plans to achieve these goals, and implementing solutions to drive progress.
  • Investment analysis and implementation will require evaluating potential investments, assessing their feasibility, and making informed decisions about resource allocation.
  • Accounting, tax, legal, and compliance functions will be overseen to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

Effective controls and procedures must remain in place to safeguard all assets and resources, ensuring the company's financial health and stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • A smooth functioning of day-to-day financial operations is essential to support business objectives.
  • The CFO will manage the cash position, capital budgeting, and cash flow from operating and financing activities, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Business finance, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions will be managed effectively to drive growth and success.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A Chartered Accountant with 12-15+ years of experience, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Prior experience in investor reporting and startup fundraising is highly desirable.
  • Working in a listed company is preferred but not required.
