Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to lead our HR transformation strategy. As Senior HR Strategist, you will provide top-notch HR expertise in employee relations, legal compliance, training, employee engagement, talent planning, and recruitment.

This role is critical in supporting over 400 employees globally. If you have a proven track record in HR and are ready for a challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and standards
  • Research and recommend progressive human resource programs
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and employment agreements
  • Administer compensation, employee benefits, and performance management programs
  • Effectively manage employee relationships and resolve issues
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Maintain all personnel and benefits files, information, and documentation

Requirements:

  • 14-20 years of HR experience with at least 5 years at the Sr. Manager level
  • Ability to formulate and author HR policies, manage compliances
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial culture and a larger established company
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • XLRI Certification is mandatory
