Job Title: Senior Payroll Strategist
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Strategist to lead the effort in designing, building, and configuring applications. As the primary point of contact, you will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost while leading delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in Employee Central payroll. Australian Payroll experience is mandatory.
- Multi-Country payroll expertise and experience.
- Influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead the technology delivery of large and complex projects.
- Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
- Manage service quality and cost to drive profitability and success.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks.
- Experience in managing large and complex technology projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. This position is based at our Bangalore office. A 15 years full time education is required.
